MTW Guest Stars on Crossing Jordan — (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET)

“O, Brother Where Art Thou?”

Jordan searches for evidence to vindicate her father in conclusion to season finale cliffhangfer — In the conclusion of the second season ending cliff-hanger, Jordan (Jill Hennessy) searches for evidence to clear her father, Max (Ken Howard), who stands accused of murdering the chief of police. Hindered by Max’ disappearancer, Jordan relies on a suspended Woody (Jerry O’Connell), working with detective Annie Capra (guest star Arija Bareikis), to help her track down missing brother James (guest star Michael T. Weiss, “The Pretender”) who she believes to be the key to solving this homicide. Meanwhile, Garret (Miguel Ferrer) butts heads with former romantic partner D.A. Walcott (guest star Susan Gibney) who, in the wake of the chief’s murder, has commandeered the morgue staff as part of the investigation. Kathryn Hahn, Steve Valentine, Ravi Kapoor and Ivan Sergei also star.

Although this episode according to NBC’s website is currently scheduled for Sunday, June 6 (with part two of “Pandora’s Trunk”, last season’s finale on Sunday, May 30), with Smarty Jones having won the Preakness on May 15, there is now a possibility that NBC might move up the cliffhanger resolution to Saturday, June 5. If so, it would be to take advantage of what will be the biggest TV rating for any horse race in at least 15 years for the Belmont Stakes, where Smarty Jones will attempt to become the first Triple Crown winner since Affirmed in 1978, possibly with both parts of “Pandora’s Trunk” ahead of this episode to make for a three-hour “event” following The Belmont Stakes, provided NBC can get the Belmont Stakes telecast moved back to 6:30-8:00 PM Eastern Time.

Mac

I have been a Pretender fan from the beginning. Jarod's story hooked me immediately and I started my PHQ journey on the then NBC message board for "The Centre" where fans could chat or roll play. My friend and I developed a whole story with friends online and eventually I started building a site mainly for the show but with a section with RP information for all those involved. As our online RPG faded that section eventually did too but my passion for The Pretender has not and I have revamp and moved this site 4 times: Geocities, ThePretenderCentre, Weebly and now my own hosting.
