| Raines | William Raines, formerly Doctor Raines. If there is something nefarious and distasteful going on in the Centre, chances are Raines is behind it. He conducted many terrible experiments, destroying many lives, including that of Timmy, Danny, Kyle, and no doubt countless others. He murdered Catherine Parker, and then stole her child. He also told her that her son, had been still born, then stole him and gave him to the Bowman’s to raise, only to return later and help cultivate Mr Lyle. He attempted to kill Mr Parker, his brother, and Miss Parker ended up taking the bullet instead. It was revealed finally that he was the biological father of both Mr Lyle and Miss Parker. | |

This project centered around Thomas Gates who had a connection to Jarod. Rumor was the code name for the operative on the project and there person behind Big Mutumbo and Thomas Gate's deaths.
